Have you ever wanted to learn how to meditate?  Do you have difficulties meditating?  Meditation is a practice where you learn to calm the mind allowing it to focus or concentrate on a single thing - to self regulate the mind!  Meditation promotes relaxation, building internal energy or life force, can lower blood pressure, assist with depression, anxiety, patience and offers a sense of well-being.


Each week we will offer something a little different in the meditations.  Have you ever wanted to try hypnosis?  Well here is your chance!  Once per month we will use hypnosis in our meditations so you can experience how hypnosis can help you!


Preregistration is required as classes are limited to small groups..
